Sesuai dengan manual dari modx.com nya, saya udah buat permissionnya jadi writeable di direktori2 berikut "/core/packages","/core/cache", "/core/import", and "/core/export"

dan untuk cURL, berarti harus di lakukan dari pihak perusahaan hostingnya ya?

udah bisa kok skrg. tp instalasinya agak aneh. Pertama klik download extra dulu. setelah itu akan muncul eror instal kaya screenshot diatas. tapi file zip nya dah ke download, ada di direktori packages. klo file zip nya dah di directory package, klik Add new packages

Kayaknya gak ada ZipArchive, yak?
Coba liat
System> System Settings>
Search by keys... => diisi 'archive'
Force PCLZip Archives diganti 'yes'
